Hi,
I've been on DKR for around three weeks. I have got my dryness under controll with lots of moisturizer at night and jojoba oil. However, when I exercise I get a sore, red rash around the bottom of my neck from where I've sweated. Note: I put BP on jaw line and top of my neck as this is where I have acne.
My theory is that this is occurring because when I exercise I sweat and the BP mixes with this, slides down to the bottom of my neck where it rests and then irritates the skin causing the rash.
So far to combat this I have just been moisturizing this bottom part of my neck and being carfeul to not apply BP there (I don't have acne there). This has worked a little bit but not to great effect.
Does any one have any ideas? Tips? I don't plan to stop the DKR because of this so anything is helpful !
