im on the regimen n found out that the acne scars wont go . so I decided to put on some purifying scar serum.

1. I put it on after the bp and the moisturizer. is the order correct ? or should I apply the serum under the moisturizer? or else ?

2.is it ok for me to use the serum ? because It stings after I put it on
