Unless you have severe, widespread, and scarring acne, The Regimen is normally my suggestion for the most effective acne treatment.

Hi everyone,

My name is john and i'm 20 years old.

I have been in and out of acne since I was about 15 or 16 and have tryed alot of different ways to clear up my skin.

I am in two minds about going for The Regimen. Sometimes my skin is clear and will stay completly clear( still with some red marks from past spots) for about a week and then I may break out again. Alcohol has been a trigger for a break out for me but last week I was drinking and the morning after I broke out worse than usual. On my back and my chin area. I told myself this time I am going to look for a proper treatment to prevent spots and found the regamien. I started it 3 days ago and my skin is very irritated and red and is looking worse that it has been in a while. I am wondering if their is really a need for me to use the benazol peroxide as my acne comes and goes, can I just use a clenser and moistorise gently as the video shows? I never applied them like this. For the moment I am sticking with the Regimen but would love some advice.

Thanks, John.

The BP is the main point from my experience. You really should only use very little of it until your skin can handle a larger amount. When your skin it reacting badly from it though you should cut it down, maybe don't use it for a day and then just use it once a day.

Yeah bp is the only thing fighting acne. To solve irritation. Moisturize before let dry. BP let dry. Moisturize mixed with a couple drops of jojoba oil.
