When I do my makeup on the regimen this is what I do and it has worked for me perfectly.

Wash face: wait 2-3min

Use BP: wait 5 min

Use moisturizer: wait 10min

Then I apply my foundation: wait 2min

Concealer: wait 2min

Powder for last

Yes of course you can still put on makeup! Just makes sure your face is completely dry from the products before you start
