Face Still Burns With Moisturizer

I've been on the regiment for about a month and a half and at this point the BP doesn't even make my face warm or itchy at all - but then when I put on the moisturizer it still burns. Is this normal? Will it go away?

I kinda had the same problem but after putting a couple drops of the jobba oil help alot

I used to have this issue when first starting like a topical cream or if my face was very irritated. It almost feels like putting acid on sunburn.
