Use half a pump mixed in with your moisturiser every 2nd - 3rd day (depending how your skin reacts). You can then slowly increase the AHA and decrease the moisturiser and number of applications until you reach your own personal optimum level.

I used to use AHA 100% (no moisturiser) every 2nd night which worked well for me. Others here always use it half and half and still others use it every night by itself. It just depends on your skin.
