I've been using the regimen for about a year now and for the most part it has cleared up a lot of my acne but I still have reoccurring break outs.
My schedule varies from day to day but I try to apply the regimen when I wake up around 9-11am and then reapply at night when I get off work around 12-1am. I also go to the gym regularly in the morning. On those days I postpone my morning treatment until I finish working out around 1-2 pm. I use aha instead of moisturizer every evening.
My acne stays clear for a few days and then I start forming 3 to 4 new ones. After a week of waiting for the pimples to heal, new ones form after each time. It's a continuous cycle and I can't find a way to stay clear.
What am I doing wrong? Any tips or suggestions?
Have you considered other factors? It doesn't say your gender, but if you're female, have you noticed any patterns in when you get new pimples? Around your period or where on your face, etc. Or perhaps your diet - I've heard great results from people who've identified certain foods that cause acne (dairy, sugar, etc.) and eliminated them, or additional supplements that might help prevent future breakouts. I think for acne-prone individuals, the way to stay clear is not only finding the right face regimen, but also the internal balance.
