I've been on the regimen for 5 months and I'm clear with the rare spot every now and again. The only thing I'm dealing with now is hyperpigmentation and dry skin, I just bought the AHA and I was wondering if its common to cause and initial breakout? School starts soon and I'd rather not start brekaing out. Also how should I start using it? Thanks!

I dont't think the aha should break you out. I know the bp does but just test it out by putting alittle on a small spot. It will sting and burns for like 2 weeks but you will slowly get used to it.

I broke out somewhat with the AHA but it wasn't horrendous by any means. Start by using a dollop mixed in with your moisturizer every three days for the first week, then every two days for the second week and so on and so forth. I have been using AHA for almost a month and i am using it every night and it is not causing me anymore breakouts.

Start slow and low
