please help me I have swimming class(outdoor 2-4 in the afternoon so hot!) is it ok to apply BP or not apply BP.

and how can i protect my face???

No I meant that I've moved your post to the regimen forum. You should get more replies here.

If you are applying Bp in the morning, then it's fine to go swimming at midday bit the Bp will wash off. It will be important for you to wear a waterproof sun cream with high SPF factor while swimming. Just apply the Bp again in the evening.
