Okay, so I am currently following the regimen, however I feel I am always irritating my face as I am always squeezing whitehead pimples, so what should I do? I think this is causing me to break out even more so this is urgent!
Also, please don't respond telling me to leave them, having about 15 whiteheads on your face whilst going to a vile school is awful, it makes you look unclean and I just hate it.

It's best to leave them alone but I've never been able to. I squeeze the bejeesus out of whiteheads. Regardless of squeezing, I still cleared up on the regimen. Just keep going, try not to squeeze but if you do it's not the end of the world. And have a look at the link Annie has included above. Good luck
