Regimen Making My Skin Worse...?

Hello everyone,
I am 19, and I am fighting the worst acne that I have ever had. I've had mild acne since I was about 16. I tried proactive for about a year, and that didn't work at all. Then I found out about the acne.org regimen, and started clearing up. I used the regimen for about 2 years and my skin was very clear, and it got to the point where I didn't need to use much of the BP to maintain it.
About 4 months ago, I ordered cleanser from acne.org since I ran out, and it was around the same time that somebody was going around my neighborhood stealing packages off front porches. So, I ordered my cleanser, and what do you know, it's stolen right off of my front porch. I didn't think it was a big deal, since I was planning on seeing if my face could stay clear without any of the BP treatment.
So for the next month, I was using the Cetaphil facial cleanser and Cetaphil moisturizing lotion on my face that I use for the rest of my body since I've had severe eczema my whole life. For about a month, my skin was alright. I had few bumps here and there that would go away about half a week later. Then whiteheads started showing up, and eventually I was breaking out constantly. I decided to go back to what worked before: the acne.org regimen.
I started off slowly with the BP, and my skin was reacting to the normal side effects. However, I went to Disneyland after about a month of being on the regimen, and my skin has been getting progressively worse for the past two months. I'm on my 9th week now, and my skin looks worse than before I started the regimen! It is incredibly frustrating, and I need some support and guidance.
Here are some pictures:
TL;DR: Please read my story, it took me a lot of courage to post here. Your help will be appreciated!!!

stop the regiment, thats all i have to say.. it ruined my skin by removing the protective layer of the skin, my skin has trouble with everything now. look at thisb4oIPCW.jpg

i have not been on the regiment for 5 months (had a 3 month regiment going), and my skin still cant get rid of dead skin..

this is what my forehead looks like every 7 days, because all the dead skin builds up (this is after a shower)

Before i did not have ANY hyperpigmentation.. my prof

my advice.. stop the regiment, unless you want to look like the first picture

Thanks for the advice. I'm typing this as I am waiting for my BP to dry lol. Is it okay to use the cleanser, BP, and AHA so that at least my skin looks moisturized?

Whoops I meant Cleanser, AHA, and moisturizer. No BP, since that's what's drying my skin up

When you leave the bp out of the regiment, people does not believe that it is the "regiment" anymore since you leave out the "treatment" part. I'm not sure i'd, use the combo like that.

When putting on the moisturizer apply a little more pressure.. I juststarted doing that and my face isn't flaky anymore so try it out!

The regimen was owning my face bad. Way way worse than accutane did. I was on it for 2 weeks. Im using the regimen just on my temples now since it burns the least there and seeing if it does anything to those zits.

I have only found 2 acne regiments that work for me. For your scenario I would go on accutane. Mine was a little worse than yours back in highschool and accutane completely cleared my face for about a year.

Once my face calms back down from this regimen crap im going to run a cycle of minocycline and epiduo. But accutane is the best you can get
