I've been reading a lot about Milk of Magnesia working for a lot of people and how it got rid of their redness and made their skin less oily. I've been using The Regimen for almost 5 months and have gotten to the point where I have no acne, just the occasional pimple here and there.

I was considering using Milk of Magnesia because my oily skin is the only thing that's bothering me. So, how should I go about incorporating it into The Regimen?

I'm using these products so if anyone could list them in order on how I should do it would be great! smile.png

Well, you should definitely be cautious about adding MoM to the regimen, because it may not interact w/the regimen products well. Honestly, the oiliness and redness will die down with time, so you shouldn't be too worried about that... The only thing that I can say works synerginistically with the regimen is AHA, but it won't do much for oily skin.

The oil hasn't died down though. I've had oily skin all year even before I started the regimen, just not as bad. I already use it but I use it as a mask at night before I do the regimen.
