Hello,
I've been using zineryt + doxycycline(weak antibiotic) for 4 months, it has helped a little bit, but my skin is in really bad condition now, as I was rarely moisturizing it.
I'd like to know if Regimen would help in this situation.
Thousands of red marks as you can see on pictures.
I've become very shy coz of it and I want to finally get rid of this ****.

skin doesn't look too bad. I am on The Regimen now (a week in) and so far i can't comment on the effectiveness yet as i am in the it gets worse stage but many people have had success with it. If you're unhappy with your current regimen, give it a try. As for antibiotics, you don't want to take them long term as they can mess with your gut
