I've been using AHA for the past week. I've used it twice so far and haven't used a sunscreen with it yet. But I just got Olay Complete tonight and was wondering if I'm supposed to put it on even when I'm not using AHA? Should I stop putting it on or add it into the regimen?
I'm a little confused with your question but let me answer as best I can.
If you are going out in the sun regularly during the day (eg, more than 10 mins at a time), then I would recommend that you put on sunscreen that day over the top of your regimen application. If you arent going out in the sun, then don't worry too much about sunscreen.
You should be applying the AHA in the evening only, but it doesnt matter if you've not applied AHA the night before - if you're going out in the sun at any time, then wear sunscreen as your skin will be more sensitive even if only applying AHA a couple of times a week.

So even if I'm using AHA one night, in the morning I SHOULD put the sunscreen on?

Oh, and what if I'm watching TV or on the computer during the day but not outside, is that safe or should I put the sunscreen on then too?
Quite simply, you should be wearing sunscreen during the days that you are outside in the sun (for more than 10 mins). If you are spending your days inside, or only in the sun for brief periods (such as walking to your car etc) then there is no need for sunscreen. Sunscreen protects you from UVA & UVB rays from the sun which cause sun damage and possibly skin cancer. If you arent exposed to these rays (eg if you are inside) then you don't need to protect yourself from them.
AHA increases the sensitivity of your skin to sun damage so that is why there is a need to add additional protection when out in the sun.
