So I went skiing two days ago, I had a nasty fall, landed on my neck and went to the hospital. I spent the day getting x-rays, my neck turned out to be fine, just bruising but I had to skip a day of regimen. It's just the beginning of the regimen, is it ok that I skipped a day?

Glad your neck was ok in the end.

Don't stress about missing a day, in the big picture one day doesn't make a difference. In the first month I had to skip various days here and there just to give my skin a chance to recover from the dryness. Long term if you're consistent the regimen has a good chance of working, but a skipped day here or there wont make much of a difference.

Good luck!

It's okay to skip a day because your injuries are more important then acne. But it is important that you still moisturize because your skin will get 10 times more dryer if you dont due to the past use of benzoyl peroxide. I went a month where I just stopped completely bping and moisturizing and the result was extreme dry skin.
