Hey guys, so I know you should do the application (of the regimen) 2x a day 10-12 hours apart. I usually wake up at 12 pm (afternoon) and hit the weights at 2 till 4. The reason i ask is because i sweat like crazy when i lift weights and that just defeats the purpose of the first application. So should i either:
1. continue to apply first app at 12 pm and get it washed off by sweat 2 hours later
2. apply the first app at 4 pm (6 hours before second application)
3. just use cleanser in the morning
or.... what would u guys recomend?
And could i please get some tips for getting rid of the acne in the regimen and simple tips like what has worked for you, ty so much!
I would apply your first regimen application at 4, after your workout and shower. But applying again at 6 is just far too early as you will find your skin will become much too irritated. Can't you do it an hour before you go to sleep? I'm assuming if you get up at 12noon you go to sleep after 2am? Or am I completely wrong and you just sleep more than 14 hours per day?
If it comes down to it, you will need to experiment with applying the regimen only once a day and see what results you get, or applying twice per day with only 6 hours between the first and second application (of which you would use much less BP).
However to get the best results you should try following the regimen instructions exactly as Dan describes and space it 10-12 hours apart.

Thanks for this, and my intentions were to apply the first app at 4 and the second at around 12 am (6 hours apart). I did the regimen with my own products for 2 weeks and i saw GREAT results, exactly 10-12 hours apart. Now i have to experiment with 6t hours apart.
Do you have any tips for me for the regimen and how to get rid of acne? ty.
