I was under the impression that Benzoyl Peroxide will sting at first, but on my first morning, it was painless. I noticed on the bottle that it was only a 2.5% concentration instead of 10%, but still, doesn't this mean that the Peroxide wasn't working?

However, I do not have a lot of pimples, but rather general redness. Any thoughts?
