Hi! I'm just posting to let everyone know that the regimen has worked for me!! About 4 months ago my skin went NUTS! My parents were getting a divorce, I was being forced to move to a city in which I knew nobody, I didn't pay for my classes on time so I was being delayed in school an entire semester, basically.. I was STRESSED. I was using proactive and it was doing absolutely nothing for me, probably it was actually making it worse.. I was so bummed. I would think about it ALL the time. I hated when it was sunny outside because I felt I could see my pimples and makeup I was using to cover them a hundred times worse, I hated going outside in general. Then I decided to do some research and I found this LOVELY website. I'm a total cheap-o so dishing out $80 for skin care is not something I would normally do.. but I HAD TO. Instead of using 2 pumps, I've only been using 1.. I only put one pump of BP on my cheeks and mouth area because thats where I break out. It's worked great for me. I still have a lot of hyperpigmentation but that will go away with time, and I plan on trying the AHA and maybe getting a chemical peel or something.. but still.. it feels so good to be able to put on make up and not see dozens of pimples poking out underneath! everything is completely FLAT! When I started the regimen I remember counting how many pimples I had on my face.. there were 13. after four months I only have one. and that's because i went on a bender last week and didn't stick to the regimen for a weekend. lol.. but I Just want everyone to know that there is hope! you can control your acne. I would definitely recommend the regimen over accutane any day. I did accutane a few years ago and it worked wonders.. but it's not worth the damage it does internally. the regimen takes TIME and PATIENCE but there will be results if you just stick to it and believe it will! Well, I just wanted to share my story with everyone!

That is awesome I am on , well basically done with my 3rd month but not clear yet , A HECK of a lot better than i was 3 months ago but I'm still pushing until the end of march and see if it clears me up or close. Well congrats and has the dryness subsided ?
I never really got very bad dryness in the first place.. i guess my skin was already used to using proactive so the bp didn't initially affect my skin as much as some people.. plus i never use 2 full pumps so that could be why i don't get very dry skin.. but good luck! the process is SLOWW but my skin does seem to continually improve each month!
hey guys, wow can't believe I posted this almost 3 years ago. I am now 23 years old and still struggling with acne. I'm not sure if skin is just very adaptable, or the life I live is extremely stressful, but the regimen has completely stopped working for me, unfortunately. It worked great for a while, acne wasn't really an issue even though I was never really completely clear. I had taken accutane when I was around 16 years old, maybe that's why my skin responded well to the regimen for a while and my acne is probably just too extreme and has now came back as an unstoppable force. I'm back on accutane, after long talks with my doctor about the various claims against the medicine. Just started month 2 and things are definitely better. I am 100% confident that my struggle with acne will be over soon. My only advice to people out there, go to a dermatologist. These people have dedicated their lives to learning about skin. I wish I would have decided that sooner instead of struggling for so long.
