I never had purulent acne after using the product, but I got purulent acne for the first time after using the changed moisturizer.
You said you would remove licorice extract from all your products in the future, but can't you sell both niacinamide and licorice root extract?
Currently, I am waiting after ordering 8oz products containing licorice root extract. Please continue to include licorice extract for 8oz products
