So I placed my order last Tuesday 12/27 and still haven't received a tracking number and its now 1/3 (I live in SOCAL).
I contacted support and there response was that they are still having technical difficulty on there new website so can't ship my order.
I asked to cancel my order so I can order from Amazon instead.
I suggest to people that are ordering, order from amazon for now.
I wish Dan would inform us ahead if there are issues like this, That's why this forum exist.. to share info.
