Honestly where to start. Anyone else feel the last few years the customer service for Daniel Kern.org is horrendous. They dont fulfill orders. I placed an order on Friday. They said it shipped on Tuesday 2nd. Emailed me today Thursday to say there has been no movement. We can re ship. I said yes. Then hours later they said we will refund your order? Absolutely baffling from Customer Service!
Im really sorry for the frustration this has caused. I completely understand why this has been so confusing and disappointing.
We looked into your order, and it was placed on 12/2 and shipped on 12/4, which is within our usual 24 to 48 hour processing window. Unfortunately, it seems your package was lost during transit.
Because of the delivery issues, we went ahead and refunded your order. We were concerned that if we reshipped it, it might run into the same problem, so we wanted to make it right by refunding you.
