Thank your lucky stars that your order got refunded! Many are not even receiving their products after paying!

In the end I got a response saying there was a problem processing my creditcard. It seems like they could have just told me that right away instead of waiting two weeks and canceling the order with no explanation. In any case, I placed a new order and received it as usual. \_()_/
