I didn't notice a different smell but I did notice the texture seemed different inmy last shipment fromNovember 2018. Consistency was creamier feeling and it felt more like a moisturizer. Perhaps they changed the formula but it would be nice to know. It left me wondering ifit really is the "treatment" or something else in the wrong bottle.

I noticed the exact same thing. Smells sorta like foul lotion. I just sent a note asking if I got a bad batch. Doesn't smell like that clean scent I know and trust...

Ive been using it and i think its been working fine. It just smells like plastic or some type of chemical. Not like the old bp. But i havent broken out from it so i think its fine just smells odd.

Did you ever get a email back from them? They told me they would refund me but i just kept using it. Did it work out for ya?
