Hey, If you have a lot of active acne and your skin can handle it go ahead and use it twice a day. I can tell you from my experience once your acne clears up you can experiment with once a day or every other day or whatever to see what works best to keep you clear without having to overuse it. I currently only use it at night and am staying clear.
