Problem With Bp And Customer Service

I have been using BP for a few years now and it has been the best thing to work on my face. I was down to only a few blemishes at once. But I ordered a new BP bottle in January 2015 (the 16 oz) and I immediately noticed a graininess in the gel. Usually it is very smooth but this time it almost felt like there were tiny grains of sand in it or something. I used it for about a month and my face started breaking out more and more and getting redder after I used it. I contacted customer service about a month and a half after buying it asking if there was a problem with it and if I could get a replacement. I never received a reply so I sent two more contact forms and emailed them directly from my email over the course of a few weeks. Still no response and no confirmation that my messages have been received.

Is anyone else having this problem with BP that they've ordered recently? And is anyone else having trouble contacting customer service? I'm beginning to believe that they are ignoring me on purpose. Meanwhile, I'm suffering because I stopped using BP since it wasn't working anyway and trying to find something else because I don't want to give Acne.org my money if they won't even respond.

Hi PrincessPadme,

 

A couple things:

 

1. Check your spam folder. Our customer service is awesome about getting back to people quickly and I'm certain they didn't ignore you. If there's nothing in spam you can always call them at 1-800-773-7803 in the future.

 

In the meantime, I sent you a private message. I don't like anyone waiting around for responses. I'll make sure you're taken care of myself. I personally approve every batch of BP and they are all smooth, so I'm not sure what it is you're experiencing, but PM me back and let's figure out what's up.
