I don't know if my skin has changed or the benzoyl peroxide has changed. Until mid-2014, I used BP once a day(at night) and kept my acne under control.
I ordered two bottles of BP in late 2014 and those ones make my face red. I use a smaller amount but when I put it on my face, I wake up red and itchy on my face.
Has Dan changed the formula for BP? Has anyone else experienced this too?
I am experiencing this too. I have only used the Treatment 3 times since I ordered new products in August 2014, and all 3 times I have had an allergic reaction (face & neck are red, hot, and itchy). Today was my third try to figure out once and for all if it was the treatment causing my reactions. I just sent an email to the company asking if the product changed. I've had no problems with the cleanser or moisturizer, only the treatment.
Yes! Thank you! I ordered a new BP in January 2015 and immediately I noticed that it seemed to be grainy. The BP is usually very smooth. I used it for about a month and my face got worse and worse. I've been using BP for a couple years and it worked better than anything else. I contacted customer service like four times about it and never got a response. I'm very disappointed! My face is worse than ever and I'm reluctant to buy a new BP because I don't want it to be the same and I feel like I shouldn't give them my money because they won't even respond. Has anyone else had trouble with contacting customer service?
