I have oily skin and i cant use cetaphil during the day because my my pores literally push it back out and make my extremely oily skin about 10x more oily. The Acne.org moisturizer is great because it sits comfortably on my skin - it does take a while to absorb at first but once its absorbed it keeps my skin nicely moisturized. When my skin was very dry while my skin was adjusting to the BP however, it tended to soak up completely and then my face would tighten up and flake again - even with added jojoba oil, so some people need something heavier.
