i have a very oily skin and because i am using the regimen my skin is very dry yet the oil tends to sit on the surface of my skin. can i use the jojoba oil to balance my skin or would it make me break out more?

Just for complete honesty's sake, I haven't found jojoba oil to do a thing to stop my oil production, but it does wonders if you are dry.

Jojoba oil is pretty hit and miss, it works for some, not for others. I use it sometimes, but it doesn't absorb very well. I don't know how people use it during the day...

I've slowed down my oil production by being a lot more gentle, washing briefly only twice a day and by blotting away any excess. Don't use overly warm water either. Just tepid/lukewarm is better for oily complexions.

i started using jojoba oil just on my nose for close to 1 month and it has not reduced oil production on this part but i have however noticed that it has dissolved and reduced the amount of blackheads on my nose. But it definitely did not break me out.
