hello.

 

i wanted to apologize for the delay in getting to your emails. not only have i been a bit backed up because of our new systems (both the shopping cart & our distributor's shipping system) but now am having some email difficulty. i just received over 500 emails- some duplicates & some i know i have answered. i am sorting through them right now.

 

please be patient with me and i will try to get to everyone this weekend. again i apologize for the delays and thank you for your understanding.

i accedently ordered 2 orders. i only ordered one but it sent me 2 emails with 2 different order numbers. is there anyway i can cancel an order?
