I ate about half of an avocado about 4 days ago and i woke up with about two pimples and I thought it was just because I didn't do my regimen that night but then last night i had an entire avocado and I woke up with TWELVE pimples more then I've ever had while on the regimen, so I personally definitely do not recommend eating avocados.
