Zinc definitely helps. I want to try to Omega-3 again but I don't know if that really helps. I took it for a bit about a year ago along with all of the other vitamins/supplements that I take. I don't think I saw any improvement so I stopped it. Right now I'm taking Vitamin A, C, D3, E, Apple Cider Vinegar, Magnesium and Zinc. I've heard that Vitamin A, C, E and Zinc are some of the best supplements to take for acne. I guess it depends on the person and it's difficult to tell which is actually helping the most when you're taking so many.
