I'm soon to be turning 18 but I'm very confused with what's going on with me. I've seen charts called face maps, which tell you if you have acne blemish in specific areas, it could relate to something going on with your body.

I looked at the face map and noticed that every spot I had a blemish in had a relation to my kidneys.. which has been easing an internal alarm for me.

I'm a vegetarian, for almost an entire year and I love it. (I'm not sure if maybe that has something to do with it.. but I haven't been this nervous as I currently am about anything relating to my diet.)

Everytime I sit in my car, while I'm driving I'll feel this weird, yet slightly uncomfortable pop in my lower back.. it's almost like a super mini bubble and i feel that where it is is also where my kidneys are located.

So basically my acne and the off bubble unh are really throwing me off and i'm really scared. Will someone please help me figure out why this keeps happening.

P.s.
My friend poked the back of me really hard where one of my kidneys would be... I'm sure that he didn't hit it hard enough to rupture or anything but I didn't know if it related.
Please let me know ASAP.
