Unless you have severe, widespread, and scarring acne, The Regimen is normally my suggestion for the most effective acne treatment.

Interesting in taking Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) to curb my ridiculously oily skin. What kind of L-Cysteine should I take with it?

Hi all. Longtime acne sufferer here who's looking to try B5 as a last resort. I'm very desperate and pretty much at the end of my road with acne--I've tried everything and nothing has helped except Accutane, which I had to stop due to some horrific side effects. I'd love to give B5 a try, but I want to do it properly. What dosages/ratios of B5 to L-Cysteine should I take, and what kind of L-Cysteine should I take with it? NAC? HCl? Free form?

This is all new to me, soI'd really appreciate the help and any other advice or tips about these supplements that I should know. Thanks a bunch!!

Heyy, I take a normal dose (1 pill) of NAC supplement, L-Carnitine supplement and for the full vitamin B I take Brewer's Yeast about 10 grams (it comes in powdered form in a big box).
Brewer's yeast is prescribed by holistic doctors in Germany for acne- apparently it really helps. Just give the supplements 2-3 months to work. Don't forget your zinc, vit. D, A,E,C and multivitamins (:
