i run/ bike almost every day, and after i am done my face is all sweaty and gross. am i ok to wash my face after exersizing? that would make it three times a day that i wash my face because i run in the afternooon after school (2:30ish). will washing my face this often break me out?

If I was in your position I'll just take a hot warm cold shower nothing else besides water.
Washing your face 2 or 3 times depends on the environment you live. Say, if you live in aplace where pollution is not a problem, 2 times + water splash on your face are enough.
But if you live in tropical climate, hot all year round, germs, dirt, smoke, pollution everywhere plus heavy exercises, then 3 times might be the choice. Remember this, the "add-on" time (not morning or night), you should try very mild cleanser (example: morning & nigh: acne cleanser, add on: cerave) so you can retain essential oil on your face without irritate it or cause breaking out. In addition, apply toner to soothe your skin & balance the pH after that.

Like others have mentioned, splashing your face with water after exercising is no problem. But I would avoid using cleansers more than twice a day, that would be too much. Excess irritation can cause breakouts.
