Gluten free works for me

Hi everyone!
Long story short, tried lots of thing from antibiotics to home made recipes, result was temporary. Came over this website looking for info on Accutane and similar treatments. Almost went to pharmacy to get some. But read some good reviews on giving up gluten and few other minor things.

So half a year ago in May 2016 stopped eating any wheat and drinking beer (which I loved soooo much). My daily routine became:
1. Morning/evening micelle water cleansing. Also added some eye drops in it with sodium sulfacyl. Harmless eyedrops to prevent sore eye or whatever (sorry my native language is Russian)). Also found this here.
2. Apply any moisturizer with good ingredients, no parabens, sls, Uriage Hyseac AI works great. It doesn't contain any acids or alcohol, there is somekind of patented anti inflammatory complex in it but I doubt it is enough alone.
3. Also use Gigi (Israel cosmetics) Bioderm lotion on pimples.

So as you see above all I use is simple and my guess that it all works together and would not work alone. Also for half a year I had times when I was not using some of above mentioned (was on holiday where I couldn't buy it). I still have tiny pimples mostly after shaving (I am male). For half a year I didn't have any big cysts or something ugly like it was before. Now I have first big pimple for all this time. Guess I am stressed out last month so this must be a reason.

To sum things up:
No gluten, easy daily routine with just cleaning and moisturizing. A bit of anibacterial treatment in cleanser. That's it.

Hope this helps!

Also have to mention that I still have this strange itching pimples that look like allergy to me. They are big red spots that have a pimple in it and usually disapper by themselves within hour or two. Don't have an idea what it is. But my buddy has the same all over his chest after shower. Also disappers in hours.

Thanks everyone! Seems like you cannot beat this thing once and forever, but you can keep it under control. Again have to emphasize that I am not sure if it is gluten free diet only. It may also be Hyseac AI and this sodium sulfasomething or maybe all at once. Also I had two courses of clindamicine (antibiotic cream) prior trying this gluten free diet, but I don't think it is a factor, since first course didn't work and my skin seems to get an antibiotic resistance. Anyway half a year without any heavy medication has to mean something))
