Hello I am 19 years old and I had acne for 2 years now, I've tried everything I've recently found a dermatologist and I am hopeful that the things that I got prescribed works. I just want to know if should change my diet my doctor said it's not going to change anything. But I would just want to be sure and safe that if I should change my diet ?

Tell your doc I said go fuck him/herself.... Lol jk but of course you should, you just have to figure out what breaks you out. People own this site will tell you to cut out a whole lot of good stuff but don't not until you figure out what cause you to breakout.
