I've just gotten my blood test results back and found out I have low estrogen, high testosterone and high dhea. My progesterone is average. I'm scared to take birth control, so i prefer the natural way. I've heard different theories on how vitex works, and I still don't know if it raises low estrogen or not. Has anyone been in this same situation because I really want to take it, but I'm scared.

Do you have abnormal periods?
