Hey Im going to gym every weekend and Im using BCAA (branched-chainamino acid) after my workouts. Can I keep drinking it? Does it have any connection with the acne?

Hey fellow gym-goer, as BCAA is an amino acid, which is naturally occurring in meats and whey protein powder, I doubt it would cause acne on a large scale.

Whey protain cause acne to many ppl. Im asking about the BCAA because its made in factory anyway its not like the chicken meet for sure.
