Which one is more effective in terms of helping the skin? All I know is that non-fermented cod liver oil (Carlson's Cod LIver Oil capsules) isway less expensive.

Hey from the reviews I've read on here and on Amazon the fermented cod liver oil + the butter oil seems to have the most success. I'm not sure why but of course it would be the more expensive one.
I'd suggest giving the cheaper one a try for a few months and if you see no difference...shell out the cash I guess.

I tried fclo for 5 months without any success. In fact it actually made things worse. I usually get about one cyst per year but was getting one per month on fclo! I really wanted it to work like it has for others but its not for me. I wonder too how cod liver oil can ferment when it doesn't contain any carbohydrates/sugars? Maybe I'm hyper sensitive to the oxidation.
