Hi I'm just kind of doing a poll, I read acne is linked to allergies and migraines( inflammation) and I'm wondering how many of you have one or both?
I have both.

i think if you have acne then you have inflammation. i do not get migraines. but i sometimes get acne if i eat foods that i'm 'allergic' to.

Acne is linked to hormones, and they play a HUGE factor in acne formation.
