Hello .
Im Bar , im 16.5 y/o and i have few pimples on my chin .
Before 2 months i started reading about acne since i had about 6 pimples on my chin that made my sad , and i saw the " Dairy free" diet , tried it till now and its works great , no pimples left , only some marks that fade away .
Now im going into BodyBuilding and i wanna make sure that i wont breakout .
In my "Dairy free" diet i eat sometimes Pizza and yogurt and they dont break me out , but when i drink milk i breakout .
Can i use any protein (Dymatize and ON) those Whey protein ?
or i need a special one like Dairy free or lactose free?
