So about 5 months ago, Isuddenly becameunderweight (over exercising and under eating and very stressed out) and I developed some awful acne(?) pimples all over my forehead and cheeks - could be KP , or PF - not too sure about this.

I went to see a derm and she gave me a topical retinoid with antibiotics. This calmed the development of the acne but made my skin very very dry and sore, and it looks like an old person's skin now so I stoppedusing it.My acne is still there (not as bad),but there are lots of under the skin spots, bumpy skin and visible pores which I never had before.

I just wanted to document my changes here to see if I can get my old skin back.

1. increase calorie intake by about 400-500 calories daily
2. no more exercise apart from walking, yoga or pilates
3. intake of various supplements - probiotics, Zinc and cod liver oil (with vit A and Vit D).
4. mousterising daily with urea face cream - no other topicals
