anything organic. tea is really important to buy organic because the leaves are so heavily sprayed with pesticides and then they dont even rinse the leaves so you are not doing your body or skin any favors by drinking non-organic, you are just drinking a cup of pesticides. I always just buy the cheap store brand organic tea or traditional medicine tea.
