I know everyones different so maybe this won't work on everyone but my acne is cystic and horrible on my cheeks n jawline sometimes on my forhead..ive done and bought everything..trust me everything and my acne is starting to clear I have one pimple that currently healing all the rest are red marks that I'll worry bout later...I know science doesnt show a correlation between acne and smoking but science also says monkeys are my ancestors so I don't believe all their studies obviously....this is my 10th day no cigg..for about a month ive been on a vitamin cocktail of vitamin a, b and e...zinc, omega 369 with fish flax n borage in it...also taking 3 spoon fulls of coconut oil a day and drink one glass of acv n oj daily...also I pray everyday about it...I'm a firm believer in listening to your conscious about whats ailing us...for about a year I spent a lot of money on cleansers n creams when the whole time I had a feeling it was the ciggs and I just now listened...eating that coco oil is when I started seeing massive changes tho...this whole time I been moisturizing but for the past week I havent bc my skin isnt dry at all...hope this helps sumone struggling

I've been doing acv in water and coconut oil. I kinda stopped but I did see that my skin wasn't dry anymore. Going to start again religiously.

Ive found mixing acv with apple juice or orange juice makes it taste better...then I chase it with water to just make sure there no acid anywhere...ive gone back to a moisturizer tho mainly bc of the weather...I'm really loving this olay serum...its really good

I dont smoke but when I do (a few cigs over a day) I wake up with 3-4 new pimples the next day. Mostly on the neck. I've seen that on multiple occassions and I'm positive smoking can trigger acne in some people.

I'm somehow morbidly envious that you guys who stop smoking manage to cut out acne for good. It's like such a simple thing to do. I don't even smoke and if I did, I wish it were as easy as quitting smoking. Sigh.
