Ok this thread is not a debate about whether masturbation causes acne.
I get acne up to four days after ejaculation without fail. I find that on the 5th day my skin starts to clear up provided I have not ejaculated for 5 days straight.
My question is: Has any one figured out a solution to this problem besides abstinence?
I have searched the internet far and wide for the past decade and have yet to find the holy grail. Someone, somewhere out there must know the answer.

Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) getssignificantly increased after masturbation. Conversion of testosterone to DHT increases androgen signalling via 5a-reductasefromIGF-1 and other growth factorsandactivation of the mTORc1 and now you have acne. And no masturbation is not the cause of acne. If you get acne from masturbation it is because you already have mTORc1 in overdrive because of IGF-1 and other growthfactors from the not-so-acne-friendly food and beveragesyou consume.
Its easy to just say that masturbation doesn't cause acne.. Its easy to close ur eyes and tell that its dark.... But in my experience, looking back in my life, masturbation is the ugliest thing u can do to ur self and others in ur life.. This is an addiction that starts from ur eyes, reaches ur brain, and then it effects all over ur body, as acne, and infections... If u dream of a good healthy life, stop watching porn, looking at girls as just flesh, and get involved in some serious works in life.. Or else I'll Just destroy ur life, and no doctors or priests can ever help u, until death!
To answer my own question, I think the temporary solution is Zinc
You lose about 5mg of zinc every time you ejaculate. Now early on I tried taking zinc picolinate 30mg capsulesonce a day for about 3months but it did not work, so I discarded zinc as a solution. Also, I got really bad nightmares every night during the course of taking zinc supplements. I think I know why it didn't work. Zinc picolinate contains only 20% of elemental zinc. So essentially I was only taking 6mg of elemental zinc. This is not enough to be effective.5 capsules would have given 30mg of elemental zinc. The daily recommendation of zinc is 15mg of elemental zinc.
I'm currently taking a high strength 228mg zinc gluconate tablet that is equivalent to 30mg of elemental zinc. I'm actually taking it morning and night and every time I ejaculate. I know this is way over the top but I know I"m severely zinc deficient from doing a zinc tally test.I'll wean myself off to a lower dosage later on and take a copper supplement to negate the copper depletion from zinc supplementation.I've only been on it for 5 days now and the results are immediate. I no longer have dry flaky skin, and no more hormonal acne on my chin. This is the same feeling on my skin as if I never ejaculated for 5 days straight.
