Hi guys, so i am sorting out my diet and am around 2-3 weeks into it, but am still getting a few spots and was looking through it and could it be that me eating 2 eggs a day just normal organic ones be causing spots, and do they make my skin look worse? i.e. red marks
Also what foods should i be eating that are anti inflammatory and can reduce redness of spots and make my skin look better?

In general plant foods/herbs/spices/teas that aren't seeds are anti inflammatory. Seeds, sugar & animal products are inflammatory.
Go to nutritiondata.org or com to look up foods & you'll get an inflammation score. Eat more anti-inflammatory than inflammatory. Also, if you are allergic/intolerant to it, it's inflammatory for you
