So I decided to cut down on the coffee & energy drinks and have been drinking purechimp super tea instead. My energy levels are great now & i™m sleeping a lot better. It™s been 1 month now and this is the best I have felt in a long time :)

I should take some notes lol because I drink way too much coffee, I hardly drink water and when I'm feeling thirsty for a cold drink it's definitely not water! It's either a can of soda or cordial and my last resort would be water if I don't have any coffee, sodas or cordial. :( I tried to stop drinking coffee but it's not really an easy thing for me to do because I end up with headaches if I don't consume coffee.

William....hey! Same problem....caffeine addiction haha!!!!! Try doing what I do...I've been watering down my coffee with hot water and you know what? It's not half bad!!! I also reuse my Keurig K-cups at least 2 times so each cup of coffee is weaker than the last but still lots of coffee flavor! So in the end you're drinking more water than coffee! I also enjoy an evening cordial or glass of wine...try adding water here too! This way you're hydrating as you're imbibing! ;) The extra water is making a huge difference for me!!!!

Oh I see. I think it would be best for me to just stop drinking it all together or even have just 1 or 2 cups a day to avoid that headache because coffee is ruining my appetite and therefore causing me to be underweight so that's not healthy at all.
