Hello, i have oily spot prone skin and asking for help if am taking the correct vitamins.
In the morning i take vitamin b5 pantothenic acid complex and vitamin d3 with my breakfast.
then afternoon time after a meal i take Cod Liver Oil with omega 3.
then just before bed i take Zinc.
Am i taking theses okay and could i add anymore into my vitamin diet?

I would add a multi vitamin if you don't take one already and vitamin A is supposed to help with oily skin.
I thake all of those for oily skin too. I take a really good multi B which has all of the B's which helps with that. Also I would go to a health food store and get high quality vitamins because cheap synthetic vitamins just run through you and don't absorb much.
