I have not been on these forums in a long while and searched for recent topics that relate to my question.
This question is for those who have had a blood food allergy/sentivity test done, preferrably IgG.
What foods came up in your results as an allergy or negative reaction?
I had an IgG Elisa done 6 months and have been avoiding all the 15 foods along with the additives. The reason I had the test done was because of neck breakouts that began 2 years ago. I no longer get face breakouts, but the neck breakouts have not completely cleared up. Thank you for suggesting the MRT though. I will look into it.
