So I eat a lot of antioxidants already through my foods. I eat a lot of fruit and veggies and other healthy stuff. I would love to have a supplement that is particular good for acne, just to try it out
I was wondering about EGCG.. I read promising stories about it, but the stories are conflicting each other. One says it makes things worse, and the others say it's very helpful for acne. If I would take a decaf EGCG supplement, would it still be bad?
Love to hear other peoples insight!
